"I contacted the office of Congressman Malinowski after hearing a live phone town hall meeting. One of the topics was in reference to all the problems with unemployment during this pandemic. He offered help to anyone having difficulties to contact his office, which I did immediately...Within 2-3 days I received an email to claim my unemployment which was deposited shortly after. This would not have happened without their help. This office made a big difference in my life right now during COVID-19 quarantine, this will help with food for my family and to pay some of the bills. Thank you again to the office of Congressman Tom Malinowski, I feel like you are on our side."
"I am the payee representative for my son who has been receiving Social Security Disability payments for the past 5 years. In May 2018, I received a letter stating that he no longer qualified to receive this benefit based on his earnings at the time. I was told that he needed to reimburse S.S. thousands of dollars immediately...In June 2019, I met with a caseworker for Congressman Malinowski’s office. Within two weeks time, the issue was resolved and the money was directly deposited into my son’s account. Needless to say, we were very happily surprised with the quick resolution of this long-standing problem. We can’t thank Congressman Malinowski’s staff enough for assisting us."
"I reached out to Congressman Malinowski’s office to help with my Unemployment Insurance claim. His office and staff were quick to respond to my request and opened an inquiry with NJ DOL to get them to fix my claim. They got the NJDOL to assign an agent to call me and my claim is now fixed. The Congressman’s staff continually were quick to respond to my emails and did not give an automated response, as I was getting from NJ DOL. I thank him and his staff for getting my issue resolved."
"I would like to sincerely thank you and your staff for your rapid response to my inquiry. I had not received any unemployment checks and was desperate. Within a week of contacting you and giving you my detailed information and personal permission to access my information, my unemployment claim was approved and I received my first check from the state. I was impressed by your team's efficiency..Your type of leadership is what America needs. Thanks again."
"I contacted the office of Congressman Malinowski because I didn’t receive any updates regarding my I-765 application for more than three months and I got my dream job that needed an EAD card as soon as possible...The team did a fantastic job regarding my case, and they are professional, highly efficient, and kind hearted. I feel that they are always ready to help the people and will not let their people down…Thank you Mr. Tom Malinowski, we are lucky to have you."
"With COVID-19 causing people to be unemployed, I tried applying for [unemployment] but it didn’t allow me to receive my weekly payments. My employer said I should try to contact the unemployment office, but no one answered so another idea my employer gave me was that I should contact the congressman for the area I live in. I reached out to Tom Malinowski and he helped me contact NJ DOL and they solved my issue. I’m thankful he was able to help me."

"I visited the office in Somerville NJ, a few months after my filing for the Green Card. Taking the decision to apply for the Green Card is, for sure, a major step in life...The staff of the Congressman is incredibly efficient and supportive. I remember that after my first request to the person at the front desk, two other staffers joined soon, answering all my questions and giving me information about what to do. Our contacts continued by e-mail, always very kind. One day I received the news that my petition was approved. I felt that people from the office shared my same joy enthusiastically!"
"As an independent travel planner, I suddenly found my small but thriving business evaporate due to our current health emergency. Once I saw that the PUA system was in place, I did apply. Not receiving any info and with no one to speak to, I contacted your office. Excellent service. [His staff] was very responsive, and finally I did start my benefits. I very much appreciate the help I received from Congressman Malinowski's office."
"Recently, the office of Congressman Tom Malinowski helped me expedite my I-765 case with USCIS. [The Congressman’s staff] quickly responded to my initial inquiry and guided me on to the next step…[They] paid close attention to my case and I can feel that they cared about my case. My case has been successfully approved. They followed up with USCIS on the result and also informed me of the result. I am truly grateful for all the help and support they provided on my case. Their help means a lot to me and I really appreciate it!"
"My nephew was diagnosed with brain cancer in Peru. It was evident the doctors and technology in Peru were not going to be able to save his life. After a lot of prayers, hard work and some good luck, [my nephew] was accepted for treatment at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital...We were put in touch with [the Congressman’s staff] to help our urgent need. [They] helped [my family] obtain their visas from the embassy. Today, [my nephew] is currently receiving radiation/chemotherapy from St. Jude’s...On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank the office of Congressman Malinowski for their assistance and influence in bringing [my nephew] to the United States. Your office is personally responsible for giving [him] the best possible outcome and chance to overcome his disease."
