Today, Congressman Malinowski voted to pass H.R. 2379, a bipartisan bill led by Congressman Bill Pascrell (NJ-9) and Congressman Peter King (NY-3), that permanently authorizes the Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) program at $30 million per fiscal year.
Today, Congressman Tom Malinowski voted to pass H.R. 986, the Protecting Americans with Pre-Existing Conditions Act. The Act rescinds the Trump Administration’s 2018 Section 1332 waiver guidance, which give states the ability to weaken the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) critical protections for Americans with pre-existing conditions.
