(Somerville, NJ) Representative Malinowski kicked off the year with a visit to the Head Start Community Program of Morris County to learn more about this vital program that works with 333 children and their families. He was joined by Dover Mayor Carolyn Blackman. Throughout the morning he met with the students, enjoyed a performance they put on, and received a thank you card for visiting.
