(Washington DC) Today, the House passed H.R. 1230, The Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act (POWADA), a bipartisan bill that restores protections against age discrimination in the workplace. Congressman Malinowski is a co-sponsor of this legislation.
(Washington DC) Today the House passed H.R. 535, the PFAS Action Act, a bipartisan bill to regulate PFAS chemicals, clean up contamination, and protect public health. Representative Malinowski’s amendment to add stain, water, and grease resistant coatings to the list of products eligible for a voluntary label indicating the absence of PFAS also passed.
