This grant will support efforts to develop and preserve affordable housing, revitalize and sustain neighborhoods, and create jobs in New Jersey.
The Housing Partnership of Morris County was founded in 1992, and focuses on boosting homeownership by providing financial counseling and homebuyer education, and they work to match potential homebuyers with affordable homes in Morris County. Their goal is to help people achieve their goal of homeownership, and to build equity rather than paying rent.
“Organizations like the Housing Partnership of Morris County are vital in ensuring that people have the resources they need to make smart, informed decisions to secure their financial futures,” said Representative Malinowski. “This grant will allow them to help more people throughout Morris County, and I will continue to fight to bring federal tax dollars back to New Jersey.”
